The portal is an index, not the case folder. The official Odyssey FAQ explains that anonymous access does not open the charging information, orders, or judgment PDF. Grant County uses Odyssey Document Management, but document management only means the Clerk holds electronic documents in that system. Odyssey does not cover Courts of Limited Jurisdiction. A missing misdemeanor result should send the search to District Court rather than support a claim that no Grant County case exists.
Two Grant County Court Counters
The court counters share the Ephrata justice campus but not the same files. The Superior Court Clerk is at 35 C Street NW, Room 218. Its counter is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.; phone service continues to 5 p.m. Call 509-754-2015 for felony record searches and copies. Grant County Clerk Record Search
Use the Request for Clerk to Search Court Records when a Superior Court case number remains unknown. This is a paid staff search, not the document-copy request. The form asks for requester contact details, reply method, case type, approximate filed year or date, full exact party names, and date of birth if known. The search costs $15 per half-hour increment and may take ten business days.
Email the form to GCCL-ClerkRecords@grantcountywa.gov. Staff call the supplied number for card payment. A mail request must include payment by check, cashier's check, or money order payable to Grant County Clerk. A mailed reply also needs a self-addressed stamped envelope or postage plus $2 handling. Once staff identify the cause number, request the specific filed records through the separate copy channel. Older or archived Grant County matters should follow the same Clerk route with the narrowest known date and spelling.

Case Record Access & Restrictions
Washington General Rule 31 governs access to Grant County court records. The Washington Public Records Act does not route those records through the county Public Records Officer.
