Grant County requests divide among these official custodians:
- Superior Court files: Grant County Clerk, Room 218, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata; 509-754-2015; counter 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m. weekdays
- District Court cases: third floor, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata; 509-754-2016; counter 8:15 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 4:15 p.m.
- Sheriff reports: Grant County Public Records Officer at 509-754-2011 ext. 2938, by county portal, fax 509-754-6098, or mail to P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823
- Jail and booking questions: Grant County Jail at 509-754-2011 ext. 2400 or 2401
- State criminal history: Washington State Patrol through Washington Access to Criminal History (WATCH)
- City police reports: the Moses Lake, Ephrata, Quincy, or other city police department that created the report
The Grant County Sheriff and jail currently operate from the Law and Justice complex at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The public-records line is staffed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Court records remain outside that office and are governed by General Rule 31.
